The facility

A gym built for rehab, not converted for it.

Most community neuro rehab happens in a small room with a plinth and a set of dumbbells. We built something bigger.

AbilityEx is a 250+ square metre accessible training floor behind our clinic rooms in Kogarah. Level entry throughout, circulation wide enough for a walker or a wheelchair to reach every station, and enough clear floor to practise walking properly — not three steps and a turn.

Sessions are one-to-one with your exercise physiologist. Because the gym sits behind the clinic, an assessment and a session can happen in the same visit.

No other clinic in the area has an equivalent facility.
