About the practice

Twelve years of neurological rehab in Kogarah.

Chronic Care Allied Health opened in 2014 with one idea: use exercise to treat the condition itself, not just manage the symptoms.

Amjad Saleh trained at UNSW and worked in cardiac rehab at Sutherland Hospital and neurological rehab at Prince of Wales before opening the clinic. What he brought with him was the hospital way of working: proper assessment first, a written program, reviews at set intervals, and honest reporting back to the doctors involved.

What hospitals can’t offer is time. Rehab in the community can run for months or years — which is where most of the progress actually happens. That’s the gap this clinic was built for.

Exercise prescribed like medicine: assessed, dosed, reviewed, and adjusted. Delivered with patience, in a place built for it.
