Neurological rehab is the whole practice.
We’re not a general clinic that also sees neuro clients. Every program here is exercise physiology for a neurological condition or disability — assessed one-to-one, written down, and adjusted as you go.
Three steps, and you keep the paperwork.
Assessment
An hour with your exercise physiologist: history, movement, goals, and what funding applies.
Written program
You get the plan in writing — what we're working on, why, and how often. Your GP or specialist stays in the loop.
Review and adjust
Progress is measured at set intervals and the program changes with you.
Where we do most of our work.
Stroke
Gait, balance and upper-limb retraining in the months and years after discharge — the long phase where progress is still very much on the table. Programs pick up where hospital rehab leaves off.
Multiple sclerosis
Strength and conditioning planned around fatigue and heat sensitivity, with load managed session to session. The aim is to keep what you have and build where you can.
Parkinson's disease
High-effort, large-amplitude movement work for walking, posture and confidence on your feet — evidence-based approaches, properly supervised.
Dementia
Familiar, repeatable sessions that hold strength and mobility in the weekly routine. Carers are welcome in the room, always.
Disability
Capacity-building exercise physiology for NDIS participants — plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed. Programs written to your plan goals.
Other conditions. We also see people with other neurological and chronic conditions — request a callback and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
